Beavers in Shoreham
The beavers travelled to Shoreham on the train this week.

The scouts managed to make it all the way across the pond today after a busy morning constructing their cardboard canoes.

Unfortunately many marshmallows were sacrificed to bring you these constructions.

Volunteer Days this Weekend
We are getting ready for the camping season this weekend (16th and 17th May).
If you can, please come to the morning session 10-12.30 or the afternoon one 1-3.30pm on either day.
Please bring gardening gear (including gloves) if you have them.
Also if you have a wheelbarrow or strimmer and can bring them along, please do – our strimmers and lawnmower are still at the repairers.
Scouts Climbing at Lower Grange Farm [updated]
The scouts took a trip to Lower Grange Farm to try out their climbing wall. We were really impressed with the wall and the welcoming expert staff.  They are open to youth groups and members of the public.  Find out more at www.lowergrangefarm.co.uk

Christmas Camp 2014 at Wilberforce Scout Centre
We are back from our Christmas Camp at Wilberforce. If you ‘like’ us on Facebook you will have already seen these over the weekend, but for those that haven’t, here they are!
Halloween Party!
The Young Leaders put on a fantastic Halloween party this year, with zombies, buckets of brains, creepie-crawlies as well as the usual apple bobbing and bowls of flour. They also filled the hall with spookie smoke and eerie lights!
