Remember there are also the following whole group events

  • Sunday 20th September – Volunteer Day 09:00-12:30 or 13:00-16:30 We have several big jobs we need to do before the Autumn big events.  No unaccompanied Beavers or Cubs please.  Bring gardening gear, wheelbarrow etc.
  • Friday 6th November – Fireworks Night – advance discounted tickets available from 23rd October.
  • Sunday 8th November – Remembrance Sunday parade and service on the vine. Smart uniform please.

The scouts managed to make it all the way across the pond today after a busy morning constructing their cardboard canoes.

Volunteer Days this Weekend

2015-05 Volunteer DayWe are getting ready for the camping season this weekend (16th and 17th May).

If you can, please come to the morning session 10-12.30 or the afternoon one 1-3.30pm on either day.

Please bring gardening gear (including gloves) if you have them.

Also if you have a wheelbarrow or strimmer and can bring them along, please do – our strimmers and lawnmower are still at the repairers.

 

Christmas Camp 2014 at Wilberforce Scout Centre

We are back from our Christmas Camp at Wilberforce. If you ‘like’ us on Facebook you will have already seen these over the weekend, but for those that haven’t, here they are!
